A few more buildings
As i've been busily making new buildings to get cast and trying to clear my bench of painting orders, I thought I'd better post a few pics.
These buildings are all 28mm and were made as one offs.
They have removeable roofs and separate doors.
This should give you an idea of what sort of things are in the pipeline

Looks like I need to say what i've got in mind for future releases.
Firstly, a barn and pigstys to go with the farmhouse model.
If there's enough interest, alternative roofs for the farmhouse.
British buildings planned-
Village pub
Garage
Post Office
Cottages
Farmhouse
Half-timbered buildings ( WotR onwards)
Bridge
Pillboxes
Small bits and pieces such as post boxes, dustbins, phone boxes etc
Any suggestions are very welcome

Irish farmhouse to be ready this week!
Been assured I will have castings ready for Falkirk show Sat 8th May.
Price will be £15 plus postage at cost.
As soon as I have castings with me, I will post here.
Typing this as I plan the next couple of buildings, neither are what I said they would likely be, but they should be nice models!
Only clue is that they will have a more ' British' flavour!

Resin buildings update
Looks like the Irish farmhouse model will be available early May.
Should be available at Cannonade in Falkirk.
Price, barring any major casting price hikes, will be £15
To follow this there will be a barn, pig stys and possibly some walling too.
After this will be French buildings, aimed at WW1, but useable from the early 1800's onwards. Also thinking of making some ' British' models, aimed at the VBCW market, but useble for operation Sealion etc. Maybe with some shutters etc, they could be used for France/Northern Europe too.
Pics will follow

African hut update
After chatting with Northstar, it seems the next two models will be a destryed hut and a burnt-out hut. Then maybe a couple of 'villagey' bits and a more 'traditional' style hut.
Hopefully start work on these soon, keep watching!

Anderson Shelter
Something a bit different. Working at the local Primary, the P7 calss' topic was WW2.
They were tasked to make Anderson shelter models. To help them visualise the scale of them, I made this model. It is 1/32, as I have lots of Airfix multipose bits around and the rest is scratchbuilt. Gave them a good idea of just how small they were!

First Post! Terrain Monkey is go!!!
Welcome to my blog.
Don't expect world changing spiel and regular updates........
Using this as a chance to post pics and news, at least until I get a website up and running!
Busy painting commissions at the moment, lots of 1/144, halflings, Sci-fi...
But! my first building to be cast in resin is away getting moulded at the moment.( see pic above)
News will be posted as soon as I have any!
Other buildings I hope to make soon are French WW1, suitable for Napoleonics onwards.
Some examples of the things I have in mind will be shown later......
Enjoy!
